European Platform for Patients' Organizations, Science and Industry

Founded in 1994, EPPOSI (European Platform for Patients' Organisations, Science and Industry) is an independent, not-for-profit, partnership-based multi-stakeholder think tank based in Brussels, Belgium, committed to making the EU-2020 strategic vision work through the health and well being of its citizens. EPPOSI's Goal is to work at the "cutting edge" of European health policy-making providing its members and the wider public with high-quality independent research, capacity building, knowledge exchange and dissemination with the aim of bridging the gap between innovation and improved public health outcomes. In order to fulfill this mission and build on established unique citizen-centric and multi-constituency approach, EPPOSI enables consensus-driven outcomes between the different stakeholder groups of its membership. EPPOSI is open to members from EU-facing patients’ organisations, economic actors, research institutes, professional and business federations, trade unions, diplomatic missions, regional bodies, as well as NGOs representing a broad range of civil society interests, foundations, international and religious organisations.
